Please ONLY contact us at support@sairenhairco.com if you have ANY QUESTIONS about an order. Allow 24-48 hours for a response. Customer service is only available from MONDAY-FRIDAY, 12pm-6pm.
If for any reason not relating to our policy we say your order will be refunded and canceled, the refund will take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to appear on your bank statements.
You can cancel the order; you may return the package to us in its original condition once it’s delivered for a credit refund.
IF you received the wrong products, you have 7 DAYS after delivery to notify us (PRODUCTS CANNOT BE TAMPERED WITH). After that, WE CANNOT HELP, NO EXCEPTIONS!
**Refunds & Exchanges:** No refunds or exchanges! All sales are final once purchased & the item has been processed! By making a purchase, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our policy!
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INFORMATION. MAKE SURE YOU ARE SPELLING AND INCLUDING YOUR FULL SHIPPING INFO AND EMAIL CORRECTLY AT CHECKOUT, OTHERWISE, YOU ARE RISKING NOT RECEIVING YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION AND/OR ORDER.
We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS, DHL, or FedEx should be contacted if any packages are lost.
**Cancellation Policy**
We will only cancel the order if it has NOT been shipped and of processed. If it is in transit/shipped, or delivered, it cannot be canceled. Cancellations are not always possible; if you reach us after the time period, you may return the package to us in its original condition once it’s delivered for a credit refund. Items such as wigs cannot be canceled.
