Order Processing:

- Raw bundle orders: 2-4 business days.

- Custom wigs: 7-14 business days.

- Please note, orders are not processed over weekends or on national holidays.

Address Accuracy and Pickup Options:

- Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned, the customer must cover the reshipping fee.

- Changes to your shipping address must be made within 12 hours of purchase. A $5 reassessment fee applies to late changes.

Return and Refund Policy:

- All sales are final. Returns or refunds are not accepted once an order has been shipped.

- Each order undergoes thorough inspection and organization to ensure it meets your expectations.

- In cases of errors on our part, store credit of half the purchase amount may be provided.

- Please report any discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving your order. Late reports will not be accepted.
