Shipping Policy:

- Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days after processing.

Order Processing:

- Raw bundle orders: 2-4 business days.

- Custom wigs: 7-14 business days.

- Please note, orders are not processed over weekends or on national holidays.

 

- After processing, tracking information for your order(s) will be sent via email.

- For shipping and delivery updates post-dispatch, please consult USPS.

- Sairen Hair Co is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to USPS.
